Ladder Down

Ladder Down Leadership Session
In 2012, women lawyers at Christian Dichter & Sluga co-founded Ladder Down, a year-long leadership empowerment, business development and mentoring program for women lawyers. In 2013, Ladder Down earned the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel the DRI Diversity Award. In partnership with the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel, Ladder Down launched in San Francisco and Seattle in, respectively, 2017 and 2018.

Gena Sluga (left) and Harleigh Jones (right) supported Arizona Small Dog Rescue at the Bets for Pets Casino Night. Harleigh is an active supporter of Arizona Small Dog Rescue, a 501(c)(3) no-kill rescue shelter dedicated to rescuing and rehoming abandoned, neglected and abused dogs.
